Is there a booking fee required to book the band?
Yes, we request a booking fee of €350 + VAT (€430.50) to secure the booking. This booking fee is non-refundable, as it is an administrative cost, not a performance cost. The booking fee can be paid via bank transfer.
How is the balance to the band paid?
The band can be paid in cash on the night, before the performance, or by individual bank transfers the week before the wedding. Please note that each band member will require payment separately.
If paying by separate bank transfers is not an option, the remaning balance can be paid via one lump sum + €50 processing fee, + 23% VAT.
How long does the band play for?
The band plays for approximately 2 hours. This can be 2 hours non-stop, or 2 x 1 hour sets with a 15 min break to allow guests enjoy evening supper, if applicable.
How long is set up time
This can vary from venue to venue but we aim to be completely set up and soundchecked in under 45 minutes
Do the band take song requests?
Yes, the band can learn up to 2 new songs for you with 4 weeks' notice, provided the songs are suitable for the band.
Can we provide the band with a set list?
We ask that you allow the band to choose the set list on the night; they can read the crowd and should be in control of what they think will work. We gladly accept recommendations from you if you think a certain genre will work with your guests, but ultimately the band should have flexibility on the night.
